The methods of delivery abroad
The delivery is free of charge
We process orders during working days (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm). The shipping time is 5 to 7 working days. The delivery time may be a little longer during the launch of the month's big collection or during sales.
You have 21 days from delivery by post to change your mind and notify us by email email@example.comThe items must be returned to us in its original condition with the order form received by for identification.

Is it possible to track my order ?
You can track the delivery of your order.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
Don't forget to check your spam sometimes.
By clicking on the number, it allows you to follow the delivery of your package on the carrier's website.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged ?
Upon receipt of your package, if you feel that the packaging shows signs of deterioration, contact us immediately.
- Price change to € 0 in the order when another item from the collections is also added. The pouch is not offered alone.
- The pouch will be chosen at random and integrated into your order.
- Offer valid from Wednesday 21 September to Sunday 25 September included.
