Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last name as well as your exact address with the city and postal code.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged ?

Upon receipt of your package, if you feel that the packaging shows signs of damage, contact us immediately.

How do I make a return ?

If your order is over $300, a return label will be send to you within 24 hours business day 

If your order is below $300, the return is not free of charge. Please send us your return at this address:

The refund will be made within 15 days following the receipt of the package by our team.

You have 21 days from delivery by post to change your mind.

  • It is mandatory to insert the packing slip you had in your package to your return package so that we can identify you
  • Make sure to fold the right item to the right blister (refer to the barcode)
  • Post the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
  • Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.

How long does it take to be refunded ?
