Contact us via e-mail and one person will help you choose the ideal size according to the article and your morphology.
How many collections do you publish ?
We are launching new collection on Wednesdays at 10am.
My article is sold out, when will it be available again?
To be the first to be informed of the possible return of your favorite products, remember to subscribe to the email alert of each product.
Return and delivery
What are the delivery time ?
We process orders during working days (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm). The shipping time is 5 to 7 working days. The delivery time may be a little longer during the launch of the month's big collection or during sales.
Shipping cost
To the US :
The delivery is free and will be delivered by USPS.
To Canada, Australia and south America
Delivery will cost 8€ and is free from 200€
Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last name as well as your exact address with the city and postal code.
Berthie cannot be held responsible for these indispensable elements for the good delivery of your order.
Customs fees
We do not have the responsibility for any costoms charges.
How can I follow my order ?
You can track the delivery of your order.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
Don't forget to check your spam sometimes.
By clicking on the number, it allows you to follow the delivery of your package on the carrier's website.
How do I make a return?
Please make a return by clicking here :https://berthie.com/a/returns
- It is mandatory to print the return slip to and insert it your return package so that we can identify you : click here to download
- Make sure to fold the right item to the right blister (refer to the barcode)
- Post the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
- Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.
The items must be returned to us in its original condition with the order form received by for identification.

For orders with an initial value of more than $300, the return shipping costs sent only by USPS will be refunded upon presentation of an invoice.
Indeed, the return of one or more items from this order is free. We will send you a return form by emails.
If the order is less than 300$ the returns are at your expense.
You have 21 days, from the delivery of your order, to return your items to us. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
The returned product(s) must be sent by USPS with a tracking number and in their original condition with their label(s) attached.
When Can I expect my refund ?
The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days from the date the return is received by Berthie.

Is it possible to modify my order once validated ?

Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, you have 2 hours and before to cancel it except on weekends.
Send us an e-mail at bonjour@berthie.fr and we will do what is necessary.
I have made several orders, is it possible to group them together?
You have until the validation of the tracking number to group your orders.
I have not received an email confirming my order, is this normal ?
Remember to watch your spam and save your email address afterwards. If the e-mail is not in your spam, contact us atbonjour@berthie.fr
How do I pay for my order?
You can set your order by:
