What are your delivery times ?

We do our best to prepare your packages between 5 and 7 working days, they are then shipped by post the next day.

The postal office takes between 48h to 72h to deliver the package. During the periods of Collection launches or during sale periods the delivery time can be longer.

For all orders placed on Fridays after 9am, weekends and holidays, orders will be prepared in the next working days.

Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last names as well as your exact address with the city and the postal code.

Berthie cannot be held responsible for any mistakes you make when filling your personal info or your address.

How can I track the progress of my order ?

In the tab of your account, click on the order and the tracking number.

Returns :

The item I received does not suit me, how do I return it ?

Once the item is delivered, You have 21 days to change your mind. You must also notify us via email and return the item in its original condition along with the order form received via email for identification purposes by the Colissimo Post Office, including a tracking number.
The return costs are at our expense when the initial order totals more than 200$. Indeed, the return of one or more items of this order is free of charge. We will send you a return voucher by email. 
If the order is less than 200$ the returns are at your expense.

Beyond this deadline, returns will not be accepted.

The returned product(s) must obligatorily be sent by USPS with a tracking number and in their original condition with their label(s) attached.

How long does it take to process my return request ?

Once your return request has been accepted, you can only return your product by  USPS with a tracking number.
Once received by our teams, we will process your return with refund or exchange within 10 days.

Created in 2019, the Berthie brand was conceived by Cynthia Robert during her studies in California with the desire to offer women colour, steamy dresses, blouses where every detail blends with the beautiful material chosen.

Back in France, the Berthie brand was created and successfully developed, exclusively in e-commerce, in Paris, in France and then in Europe. Berthie's main markets are France, England and Germany and more globally in Europe. 40% of sales are international.

Today we decided to set up a warehouse in Los Angeles to have a proximity with our customers and to guarantee a fast and efficient delivery in the United States.


All our clothes are produced in limited series and are made in France, Spain, Portugal and also in Europe. The transparency of the manufacturing sites and the production chain is at the heart of the Berthie brand.
