How many collections do you launch ?
We launch a new collection every saturday of the year at 5:00 PM, Paris time.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, you have 1 hour and before 7pm to cancel it except on weekends.

I have placed several orders, is it possible to group them together?
You have until the validation of the tracking number to group your orders. Please send us an email at hello@berthie.fr or chat with us.
I did not receive an email confirming my order, is this normal ?
Remember to check your spam and save our e-mail address afterwards. If the e-mail is not in your spam, contact us at bonjour@berthie.fr.
Delivery :
What are your delivery times ?
We do our best to prepare your packages between 5 and 7 working days, they are then shipped by post the next day.
The postal office takes between 48h to 72h to deliver the package. During the periods of Collection launches or during sale periods the delivery time can be longer.
For all orders placed on Fridays after 9am, weekends and holidays, orders will be prepared in the next working days.
Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last names as well as your exact address with the city and the postal code.
Berthie cannot be held responsible for any mistakes you make when filling your personal info or your address.
How can I track the progress of my order ?
In the tab of your account, click on the order and the tracking number.

The item I received does not suit me, how do I return it ?
You have a period of 21 days, from the delivery of your order, to return your items to us at the following address:

Beyond this deadline, returns will not be accepted.
The returned product(s) must obligatorily be sent by USPS with a tracking number and in their original condition with their label(s) attached.
How long does it take to process my return request ?
Once your return request has been accepted, you can only return your product by USPS with a tracking number.
Once received by our teams, we will process your return with refund or exchange within 10 days.
